Separate finances. Connected decisions.
The cash you keep in your business can affect what you build outside it. A change in ownership can shape family expectations. A change in your role can change both.
Begin with your priorities, then identify the information and expertise the decision needs.

Before you begin

U.S. owners of established small businesses that generate revenue and are moving toward, or already achieving, profitability. The focus is on decisions that connect the business with the owner’s family and future.
Start with them. You may need a clearer shared agenda, a coordinated review or a specialist for one question. A new lead advisor is one possible next step—not a requirement for using these resources.
No. This site provides general education and information about advisor introductions. Personalized recommendations and a financial plan would come from a professional you choose to engage under an agreed scope.
We review your application, business ownership, priorities and advisor availability. Before an introduction, you receive the recipient details, information to be shared and compensation disclosures. You decide whether to authorize the introduction and whether to work together.
A written scope should explain how the advisor connects business and family priorities, works with your other professionals, tracks agreed actions and reviews progress. Each professional keeps responsibility for their own advice, and you keep control of decisions.
The application asks for your name, business name, email, mobile number, form of ownership, number of owners, your ownership percentage, and whether your business is family held or closely held. State, business stage and planning priorities add useful context. Ownership questions do not apply to Tax Exempt / Government entities. Do not include account numbers, exact financial details, tax returns, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information.
Fees and service limits need to be discussed with the advisor before you agree to work together. Our introduction model is funded by participating advisors through onboarding and fixed lead fees. That creates a conflict of interest. Any charge to you must be disclosed before you agree; professional advice is not promised to be free.
The learning resources are open to you. If your business is pre-revenue or still establishing its foundations, startup and small-business support may be a more useful first step. You can return as your planning needs grow.
