This policy explains how EOW MARKETING SERVICES INC. operates BizWealth FP at bizwealthfp.com and handles personal information. It covers our website, assessments, communications, interactions with our social accounts, introduction service and direct relationships with participating advisors. It does not govern an advisor's independent services or unrelated websites. Contact us at info@bizwealthfp.com.

Information we collect and why

We collect information you provide in forms, assessments, subscriptions and correspondence. Our website and email tools also collect device and activity information. If we supplement information with public records or a data provider, we explain the source categories and purpose at the relevant collection step.

The following summarizes our collection, use, disclosures and retention. Which information we collect depends on the services you use.

California collection history

BizWealth FP is a new launch. In the 12 months ending October 31, 2026, we had not collected, sold, shared or disclosed personal information in operating this service. The collection summary describes the practices planned for launch, rather than a history of completed collection or sharing.

Those categories include identifiers and contact records, financial and commercial information, internet or electronic activity, professional information and assessment inferences. We receive them from you, automatically from your device and interactions, and from the advisor, public-record or other sources explained in this policy. The table shows purposes, recipients and retention. We will update this history to reflect actual practices as the service operates.

Financial information and advisor introductions

You choose whether to provide financial information for an assessment or introduction. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account passwords, payment-card details or financial account access credentials through general forms or email.

Before an advisor introduction, we show the advisor or firm, the information to be shared and the purpose, and ask for your permission. Advisors pay us for introductions. The advisor receives the information as an independent business and handles it under its own privacy notice. We provide a link to that notice before sharing.

We do not send your private financial answers, assessment results or audiences or scores derived from those details to advertising platforms. We also keep those details out of GetResponse marketing profiles and tracking events. Any sensitive information we collect is used for the service you request, with consent where required, and for permitted security or legal purposes.

Other uses and disclosures

We use providers to host and secure the website, manage consent, deliver email, support assessments and maintain records. Providers acting for us receive information needed for their services under appropriate agreements. Advertising platforms may use information under their own notices as described below.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with law or protect legal rights, or as part of a business sale or reorganization. A business transfer remains subject to applicable privacy obligations. We do not automatically subscribe you to other brands operated by our company.

Social media and public contributions

When you message, comment on, follow or otherwise interact with our Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube or TikTok accounts, we may receive your username, public profile details, messages, comments and engagement information made available by that platform and your settings. We use this to respond, manage those accounts and understand engagement. The platform also handles information under its own policy.

Public comments and any public posting feature we offer may be visible to others. Please do not post private financial or account information publicly or send it through social-media messages. A social interaction does not by itself subscribe you to our email list or authorize an advisor introduction.

Advisor relationships and service data

When an advisor or firm applies to participate or uses our services, we receive business contact and professional details from them, information from public regulatory records, participation preferences, agreements and billing or service-use records. If we offer an advisor account, we also process account and security information. We use this information to assess and administer the relationship, provide the agreed service, maintain records and prevent misuse. Any payment processing and additional collection will be explained when that feature is offered; general forms and email should not contain payment-card details.

We share with a participating advisor only the prospect information authorized for the introduction, and show prospects relevant advisor or firm information. Advisors handle their independent services under their own privacy notices. If an advisor separately engages us to process information solely on their behalf, our processing follows their documented instructions and our agreement. For that information, the advisor handles privacy requests; we help as required. This does not permit an advisor to send us information they lack authority to share or to override a prospect's choices.

De-identified and aggregate information

We may create de-identified or aggregate information to study trends, improve our tools and matching process, and prepare reports. We may share resulting statistics or de-identified information with research or service partners. We take reasonable measures so it cannot be associated with a person or household; removing a name alone is not enough.

We commit to maintain and use de-identified information in that form and not attempt to re-identify it, except for permitted testing of our de-identification safeguards. Recipients must agree to the same restrictions. Information that can still identify someone remains subject to this policy. This does not authorize sending financial answers, derived scores or financially derived audiences to advertising platforms.

Cookies and advertising

We use necessary cookies and similar tools to operate the website and remember privacy choices. Optional tools help measure visits, conversions and advertising or display embedded content. Consently manages the website's cookie choices; Google Tag Manager may manage the delivery of other tools.

When enabled, advertising and measurement tools may include Google and YouTube, Meta's Facebook and Instagram, X and TikTok. These providers may collect browser and device identifiers, pages viewed and permitted events, and combine information from this site with information from other sites or apps to measure or personalize advertising. See Cookie Settings for the tools active on the website, their purposes and cookie details.

Some disclosures of identifiers and browsing activity to advertising platforms are considered a sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising under state law, even without a cash payment. You can opt out through Your Privacy Choices. Paid advisor introductions may also be covered by these definitions; we do not treat a cookie choice as permission for an introduction.

Optional tracking follows your choices and the rules applicable to your location. Where prior consent is required, it stays off until you consent. You can change your choices at any time. Necessary tools remain active to operate and protect the site.

Email and GetResponse

We use GetResponse to send educational and marketing emails you subscribe to and to measure email opens, link clicks and website conversions. This may record which messages you open, links you click, pages you visit and actions you take, with associated contact, device and activity information. Where website tracking is enabled, activity may be linked to your email profile rather than being anonymous. We use this information to understand engagement and make our follow-up more relevant.

You can unsubscribe using any marketing email or contact us. Website tracking choices are separate from email preferences: changing cookies does not stop a click already recorded in an email. Blocking email images may limit open measurement but does not necessarily stop link-click measurement. If you prefer not to receive tracked marketing emails, unsubscribe or contact us about your options. We may still send non-marketing replies needed to handle your request.

Optional texts and marketing calls

Where we offer marketing texts (SMS and RCS, where supported) or calls using automated texting, an automatic telephone dialing system, or an artificial or prerecorded voice, we obtain the separate permission required by applicable law before sending them. Any request for written phone-marketing consent identifies EOW MARKETING SERVICES INC., operating as BizWealth FP, the phone number and the communications authorized. Permission is for BizWealth FP only, not other brands or participating advisors.

Phone-marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of applying, receiving an introduction or purchasing any property, goods or services. Providing a phone number, submitting an application, selecting the general updates-and-offers preference or agreeing to this Privacy Policy does not by itself provide prior express written consent for automated marketing texts or calls. Any required phone permission is obtained separately. Advisor-sharing permission is also a separate choice.

Message and call frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw permission at any time by replying STOP to a text, using an available call opt-out, or emailing info@bizwealthfp.com. We also accept other reasonable requests to stop. We honor opt-outs within the period required by applicable law and retain the minimum suppression information needed to remember your choice.

We honor applicable federal and state Do Not Call requirements. Where the law permits, your separate written permission may allow BizWealth FP to call a number on the National Do Not Call Registry. It does not waive protections that cannot be waived or prevent you from withdrawing permission.

We use your phone number, communication preferences and consent records to deliver communications you choose, document permission and process opt-outs. Messaging, calling and consent-record providers acting for us may receive the information needed to perform those services. We do not sell or share phone-marketing opt-in information or consent with advisors, other brands or third parties for their own marketing. Application information is shared with an advisor only through the separate introduction authorization process described above.

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, details about disclosures, or an opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. You may also have rights to withdraw consent or limit certain uses of sensitive information. We do not use your information for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Use Your Privacy Choices for browser controls or email info@bizwealthfp.com for other requests. Tell us what you would like to do; do not send identity documents with your initial request. We may verify identity for access, correction or deletion, but we do not require an account or identity verification for a browser advertising opt-out. An authorized agent may submit a request with evidence of authority, subject to applicable verification rules.

We respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, we explain why and how to appeal by replying to our response or emailing us with “Privacy appeal.” You may also contact your state's privacy regulator or attorney general. We do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

We honor Global Privacy Control as an opt-out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising for the browser sending the signal and, where we can associate it with a known profile, as required by law. Other browsers or devices may need their own choices. We do not respond separately to older Do Not Track signals; use our controls or Global Privacy Control instead.

Retention and protection

We apply the retention criteria above to keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, applicable recordkeeping duties, disputes or honoring your choices. We then delete or de-identify it, subject to permitted backup and legal retention. A deletion request does not require us to remove a minimal record needed to keep you unsubscribed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No system can guarantee complete security. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries, subject to applicable protections.

Audience and changes

Our services are intended for U.S. adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect children's information or knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

We update this policy as our practices change and show the effective date above. We provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for a material change or new use.
